Dr. H. Mardani Ali Sera, M.Eng.
Chairman of Committee for Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation - DPR RI
Dr. H. Mardani Ali Sera currently serves as the Chairman of the Committee for Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI). He earned his Master of Engineering from the University of Technology Malaysia and his doctoral degree from Universitas Indonesia. His career combines academic, professional, and political experiences, particularly in areas related to public policy, governance, and international cooperation.As an influential political leader and scholar, Dr. Mardani has actively represented Indonesia in fostering inter-parliamentary relations, strengthening diplomacy, and promoting collaboration between nations. His leadership reflects a commitment to advancing dialogue, mutual understanding, and constructive engagement on both national and international levels.
Prof. Dr. Sudarnoto Abdul Hakim, MA.
Chairman of the Indonesian Council of Ulama (MUI) on Foreign Relations and International Cooperation
Prof. Sudarnoto Abdul Hakim is the Chairman of the Indonesian Council of Ulama (Majelis Ulama Indonesia – MUI) on Foreign Relations and International Cooperation. As a prominent Islamic scholar and academic, he has played a significant role in fostering international dialogue, interfaith collaboration, and global engagement through the perspective of Islamic values and Indonesian scholarship. With his longstanding experience in education, research, and religious leadership, Prof. Sudarnoto has contributed to shaping the discourse on Islam and international relations. Prof. Dr. dr. Basuki Supartono, SpOT., FICS., MARS
Professor of Faculty of Medicine UPN Veteran Jakarta
Prof. Dr. dr. Basuki Supartono is a distinguished Professor at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta. With extensive expertise in orthopedics and medical sciences, he has contributed significantly to academic research, clinical practice, and the development of health education in Indonesia. Professor at the Islamic University of Gaza
Prof. Dr. Khamis Elessi is a Professor at the Islamic University of Gaza with a specialization in Evidence-Based Medicine, Pain Management, and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. He has published extensively in medical and clinical research, contributing valuable insights to pain treatment, rehabilitation sciences, and evidence-based clinical practice. His academic work has significantly influenced medical education and healthcare delivery in challenging contexts.Beyond academia, Prof. Elessi has been an advocate for advancing healthcare in Gaza, addressing both clinical needs and systemic challenges. His contributions represent a balance of scholarly rigor and humanitarian dedication, reflecting his commitment to improving the quality of life and medical services in his community.

Dr. Medhat Abbas
Director-General for the Palestinian Ministry of Health of Gaza
Dr. Medhat Abbas serves as the Director-General for the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza. With extensive experience in public health administration and medical leadership, he has overseen critical healthcare programs and initiatives under highly challenging circumstances. His leadership has been pivotal in addressing urgent health crises and ensuring access to essential medical services for the people of Gaza. In addition to his administrative role, Dr. Medhat has been a key voice in highlighting the healthcare challenges faced by Palestinian communities on the international stage. His work exemplifies resilience, dedication, and commitment to improving public health systems in the face of adversity.
Prof. Heru Susetyo, SH., LL.M., M.Si., Ph.D
Professor of Faculty of Law UI
Prof. Heru Susetyo is a Professor at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia, specializing in human rights, law, and social sciences. He has earned degrees from leading institutions, including an LL.M. from the University of Nottingham, United Kingdom, and a Ph.D. from Universitas Indonesia. His expertise lies in the intersection of law, human rights advocacy, and international cooperation. Prof. Heru has also been actively involved in academic and professional organizations, contributing to policy discussions and legal scholarship both nationally and internationally.
